I love Sundays, but I especially love Football Sundays. For some reason, they just seem longer than the Sundays that led up to them. For example, when I look at the clock on a non-Football Sunday, and see that it’s 8pm, I’m usually a little depressed — 8pm is only a few hours away from bedtime, which is only a few hours away from a new work week. But during Football Sundays, 8pm means there’s still another game to watch — hours of enjoyment!
And yes, I am capitalizing the “f” in Football Sundays on purpose. It just seems like a proper noun.
Today was a nice day … not because anything special happened, but because it was one of those rare times when I set out to get some things accomplished, and actually got them all done!
Here’s my day in pictures (thanks, Photobucket!):
1. Ran 3 miles to the gym, then lifted.

2. Ate one of my FAVORITE breakfasts … oatmeal with fresh blueberries. Also, my Sunday treat: homemade lattes (today, sugar-free vanilla).

3. Cleaned the kitchen (I mean *cleaned — the oven, the floors, the cabinets).

5. Stressed about Tom Brady but cheered Matt Cassel.

7. Clipped coupons and planned meals for the week.

8. Read my favorite blogs then decided to blog myself.
And here we are! See, nothing too exciting — although I must admit, the coupon clipping had me pretty jazzed. Sometime, I’ll devote an entire post to the thrill I get from clipping, filing, organizing and then using coupons. My biggest regret about living in Florida is that none of our grocery stores offer double coupons. Harumph.
Okay, back to Football Sunday — I hope you’re enjoying your day as much as I am mine!
