My job is so cool … I get to do the things I love — writing, watching videos, and more — and hang out with some really cool people along the way.
Here’s the normal Growing Bolder crew:

Being in a small business together, during the tough economy, has made us all a lot better and stronger at our own jobs, and has made us a pretty tight little team! Some day, we’re going to take over the world — we know it, and we’re just waiting for everyone else to catch up.
Which sounds a lot like the story of the Byrds, the legendary rock and roll group founded by Roger McGuinn. He’s a good buddy of Growing Bolder’s, and has even shared some exclusive home videos with us (Roger Rocks on Rails is an amazing journey that Roger and his wife Camilla took on a train from Florida to New York … so cool).

Anyway, we were at Roger and Camilla’s beautiful Florida home on Friday, shooting an episode of The Growing Bolder TV Show, and he had a picture of the Byrds on his wall. They were all pretty young … and on the back of the picture is a note that Roger wrote to his parents before the band found much success. The note says (I’m paraphrasing), “look for the Byrds, because we’re going to be really big. By the way, thanks for the $5.”
Ha! He knew they were going to be big, because he believed in the project. Kinda sounds like the Growing Bolder philosophy!
More later!
