If I really crave them, I just boil them, but I try to stay away. I love a nice juice though--celery, carrot, ginger, beetroot. Yesterday I had some with garlic in it. It was awesome!

Just do what you know. Sorry about Lucas not winning..portland, or is a fantastic place. tell him to keep trying!
