Wha wa? A Sunday post?
It’s picture heavy and it’s a tease. I had the privilege of meeting the Paddleboard Orlando team this weekend and go along for a SUP (stand up paddleboard) cruise. It was a blast…
…and I hurt everywhere. My hip flexors, my shoulders and my glutes ache in the best way — 90 minutes of intense paddling proves this is an incredible workout!
