(Note: if Santa is reading this — please feel free to bring me an iPad 2. I’ve been such a very good girl this year!)
Anne (http://www.annemarieblogs.wordpress.com/) asked me to share some of my favorite iPad apps. Sadly, I am iPadless. But I do have an ongoing romantic relationship with another Apple product — my iPhone.
So I thought it was time to share some of my very favorite apps for everything from productivity to news and photos. (And I don’t have links for these — you’ll have to find them yourself.)

I also use the handy dandy “bookmark on my home page” function to save one-click icons for things like my blog, my google account (they just launched an app but so far, I hate it) and more. I also just started following @appstore, which is a really cool resource for new apps:
Now it’s your turn — tell me your must-have apps for the iPhone or help Anne out with a few suggestions for her new iPad!

Oooh! Lots of new apps to try. I like the Waterlogged App for tracking water, the Tap Grocer app for grocery lists (you don’t have re-enter everything every week). Right now I’m using Tweetcaster for Twitter after the last Tweetdeck update.

My newest app is Flickit (the free version) because my Flickr app sucks at uploading images (images were always getting stuck — super annoying!). Braeden’s newest favorite app is Tap Tap Muppets. I also love Hootsuite and Electric Miles
Ummm and did you accept my invite on Linked In? Hee.

This is fantastic, Katy! I just got an iPhone last week. Although I know I’d love many of these apps, it wasn’t until seeing them all in one place that I could recall them all to actually download them.
Can’t wait to get to work on figuring out my own list of favorites. Thank you!
Just bought GoodReader – a great .pdf reader which sets them up like pages in an ereader. And lets you annotate your own copy in a several ways. Great for personal notes on .pdfs. I’ve got a lot of knitting patterns there, and can leave notes on how far I’ve gotten before quitting, etc.
DropBox makes it easy to transfer files between android phone, iPad and Windows laptop.
RunPee tells you best place in a movie to run to the bathroom.
And I do not understand why Ragdoll Blaster is not more popular than Angry Birds.
