ShaZAM. I’m on book 2 and am all sorts of hot and bothered. It’s not for the weak or prude, my friends. But I’m neither.
I grabbed the trilogy on my Kindle after seeing the news blow up with stories of “mommy porn” in the last few weeks, and how many women were raving over the books.

My mom and I saw it on The Today Show and share a Kindle account so downloaded it. I haven’t read it yet. It did come up in conversation at my last book club. But so did The Hunger Games

I don’t plan on it, but then it’s not really my genre of book. Although I can’t seem to look anywhere without seeing it! Every blog, magazine, television show, it’s blowing up!
I am confused! Everyone is talking about these books and how great they are, but Amazon.com shows them as pre-order only. How is everyone reading them if they are not even out yet?!?!

I read all three – and yes, cold shower indeed. I read books like this frequently and thought this one was an interesting twist from the typical “erotic” novel. I’ve also read some of the critiques of this book and while I get them, I still enjoyed the books – a lot. I’m just surprised a book of this kind is getting this kind of attention. “Mommy porn” has existed for quite some time, so the fact that it’s now being publicized because of a particular book I find a bit funny.

I just saw this on a show today, I think it was the Today show. I rarely watch that show and this is what I catch a glimpse of hehe. It’s not my genre of book, I sure wish I would be there tonight at the lady bloggers event to see your red face lol! Leave the book at home before you come out to the event tonight lol!

I finally got the ebook from my library last night and I’ve read the first 100 pages or so. It’s totally addicting and pretty steamy, but I’m just finding Ana way too innocent to not be a little bothered (not in a good way) by the dynamic between them.
Haha nice.. I thought this entry was really about cold showers. I love cold showers.
