I’ve talked some about the what, why and how…but now I think it’s time to share some of the real rewards of healthy living that I have been able to enjoy because of my decisions over the last five years.
1. I feel better in my own skin.
2. I have accomplished major athletic goals.
3. People look up to me.
If you’re looking to include those three things as rewards of your own, TODAY is the day to start. Make a commitment right now, as you read this post, to choose health and happiness over the short-term rewards that food and sloth offer. Vow that you will take 30 minutes of your lunch break to walk. Trade your morning soda for ice water. Turn off the TV at night and put in a fitness DVD.
