I mentioned it’s a wee bit sticky here in the Sunshine State, right? But I’m determined to get my workouts in one way or another (see my vlog on fitting fitness into the work day).
My pal JackieJovi and I have traded our lunchtime walks for 60-minute sessions at the gym. We try and do arms one day, legs and back the next day, rest and then cram in one more day of a circuit routine. Plus some time on the treadmill or elliptical.
Personal trainer I am not, but I have been cobbling together some workouts from my Body Pump memories, Pinterest combos and P90x. I thought I was working us hard. UNTIL THIS ONE.
Jackie found this on Pinterest and tried it on her own this weekend. Then subjected it to me on Tuesday. And now, I encourage you to rip your own muscles apart. It looks easy. It’s deceiving.

I used 15-pound weights for everything but the front raises and flys. I dropped to 7.5 and believe me…they still kicked my butt. For the dips, I used an exercise ball pushed against the wall and due to my giant belly, I opted out of the jumping jacks.
Give this one a try and you’ll thank me in between your tears. Then go give @momjoviblog some love for finding it and torturing me with it in the first place.

Ooh, I can’t wait to torture myself with this later!
I love that it’s something I can do inside – with this FL heat, I need it!
I can’t wait to try out this workout! I am thinking of doing burpees with push ups instead of just push ups to challenge myself even more!
I really like that the name “Jackie Jovi” is sticking
Man tricep dips kick my butt every stinkin’ time!
SO glad you liked the workout!! I loved it while I was getting ready for my wedding and figured I had to share
it’s hard but you get results!
