Did you know that today kicks off something called VEDA — “Video Every Day in August?”
It’s basically a project (learn more here: http://www.writingtoreachyou.com/2012/07/16/veda-2012-sign-up/) that encourages people to create vlogs and get more comfortable in front of the camera. I love it — but my day job is all about videos, so I may be biased.
I’m not officially taking part, but I think it’s a great challenge to consider if you are looking to start incorporating more videos into your blog!
And since it’s Workout Wednesday, I thought I’d share this pinned workout that I find quick and very down and dirty. It’s a good one to do on opposite days of the Wedding Day Arms workout (which still brings me nearly to tears…in a good way).
