I am so excited to share today’s Fit Tip — a variation on the push-up that involves your entire body and requires no special equipment or gear.

I am so inspired by the choreography, the mix of strength, pilates and yoga all set to amazing music, and since the entire workout uses body weight instead of weights or equipment, I like to use some of my favorites at home during my practice as well.
