This post is sponsored by Summer’s Eve®. I’ve had a lot of fun getting to know the brand and its mission to make freshness easier, and to give us the confidence to do all of the active stuff we love to do. I hope you check them out!
I am highly motivated by music when it comes to workouts. I am not one of those Zen runners who can just listen to nature, and when I forget my headphones on the way to the gym, I will turn the car around to get them instead of just suffering through a session music-free.
But I’m also moody. If I’m feeling sluggish, a soft, inspirational playlist just won’t cut it. I need something with a fast beat and an edge to get me moving. If I’m in an angry mood and looking to burn off some stress, I like music that is loud and just on the edge of manic.
So, I put together 25 of my favorite songs. They’d work really well on shuffle for any workout, but if you need a specific type of playlist, I’ve sorted them that way as well.
Plus, you can listen to them all on my Spotify Playlist (“25 Songs to Get You Motivated and Moving“).
A perfect playlist is a must-have when I’m working out (and so is the line of Summer’s Eve® products — keep reading to see why and which ones are my favorites!).

So, since I’m talking about things that I absolutely love and consider staples when it comes to my workouts, let me also tell you a little more about Summer’s Eve®. You might not think about their product line as being for you, but it truly is. The external Cleansing Washes, Cloths and other products are specifically designed to empower women to freshen up anywhere, anytime…not just when you have a feminine issue.
If you work out on a lunch break or head to the gym on the way to work, you may not be able to shower right away. I love using the Cleansing Cloths to refresh (and feel more confident about being around other humans). Plus, we’re women. We get periods. Our hormones go up and down and we sweat…everywhere. Having things that can easily be tucked into a gym bag so we can feel really fresh and clean is key. And then, we can end the day with a shower, using the Cleansing Washes before bed so we hit the pillow feeling great.
Summer’s Eve products are formulated specifically to be gentle enough for use for feminine needs but still great for the whole body. They’re clinically tested to be safe, even on sensitive skin, and while they’re gently fragranced, they don’t screw up your body’s chemistry or pH balance.
I love using the Cloths and Washes every day, but especially after working up a great sweat. So check out the products yourself!
